I’ve had an accident! What do I need to do?

Please let us know about the accident as soon as possible by emailing support@rideondundee.com and letting us know the details. 

To request a refund of your trip costs you'll need to send us a police or medical report and detailed explanation of what happened. We'll review your case to find the best solution. 

Remember - report the accident to Embark Dundee within three business days of the accident happening. 

Late notice may result in rejection of your refund request.
