What are you doing to protect against Covid-19?

We are committed to providing a safe e-bike scheme for you and have in place the following measures:  

• Regular deep cleaning of our bike fleet
• Giving protection kits to our maintenance team to use when servicing on the streets
• Providing tools for the office team to work from home

In addition, Embark Dundee is following all Government advice and local regulations in terms of running the service.

Important information regarding coronavirus:

• Do not travel if you have any of the symptoms of Coronavirus (new and continuous cough, high temperature, loss of or change to sense of smell or taste) - you must self isolate and book a test 
• Wash your hands regularly with soap and water or use hand sanitiser 
• Avoid touching your face, especially after touching another surface
• Clean your e-bike before and after use 

You must follow government and local guidelines at all times.
