Are the e-bikes available 24/7?

We want you to have the freedom to use the e-bikes whenever you want, so the e-bikes are available all day, every day, 365 days a year.  

In an extreme case of poor weather or other emergency, it is possible that the scheme may need to close temporarily for safety reasons but this will be advised to users via email, social and in-app notification.
