How often are the bikes checked?

Our maintenance team checks the system regularly in order to make sure that all bikes and docks are in proper working conditions and ready to be used. 

Although we're regularly performing maintenance works, please let us know if you spot any issue or damage. You can do this via the “Report a problem” tool on the app/website. We'll follow up as quickly as we can!
