Am I insured whilst using the service?

Yes, you are completely insured while using the e-bike but remember that your belongings aren’t, so be careful when you place your personal objects into the basket and your device in the mobile holder. If you have an accident or your e-bike is stolen whilst on a trip you must inform us straight away.

Insurance cover applies as long as the bikes are used correctly.
