Why do I need to include my credit card number before opening a trip?

For security reasons, we need you to enter your credit card number. Subscriptions are charged upon purchase. We charge any cost related to the trip when you close it and we therefore require payment details before you use the e-bike. You will only need to enter your credit card number once.

If you misuse the service, you may also be charged a penalty and we require your credit card number in case this is necessary.
