How do I register for the Embark Dundee scheme?

You can register with the Embark Dundee share e-bike service through our website or through the Ride On UK app – just follow the simple instructions below:

1. You will need to download the 'Ride On UK' app from the Play or App Stores
2. You will need to register an account using a valid email address, mobile number and a unique password
3. You will need to add a valid payment card (you can manage this later through your user account)
4. You will need to complete the onboarding verification system, providing a selfie and a form of photographic ID so that we can verify that you, are you!

Once you have registered an account, you will receive a validation email - please check your Spam or Junk email folders, as this may land here. 

Please note, once you have registered and validated your account, your user account will automatically link to the mobile device you use for this first login. This device will then be known and used as your 'Virtual KeyCard'. Embark Dundee takes your privacy extremely seriously and we will not ask you for any private data that is not strictly necessary.
