How can I book an e-bike/dock?

You can book an e-bike or dock through the Ride On UK app or through the website. You can do this by visiting the Map section of both. Firstly, decide between booking an e-bike, a dock, or both. Bookings will last for 15 minutes from the time it is placed.

The map will show current locations of all docks and bikes, indicated by a pin (bikes green; docks blue). The pin will show the available docks or bikes, depending on the zoom level of the map.

Once you arrive at the station, any booked bikes or docks will show with an orange light. 

Please be aware that the 15 minutes booking time will counts as part of the total trip time!
