To open trips with your Virtual KeyCard using the Ride On mobile app you need to give our app permissions to use Bluetooth and geolocations of your smartphone and to send notifications. Bluetooth and GPS must be activated when you open a trip.
In some rare occasions the GPS signal on your device can be weak or fail to go through. This may be related to your smartphone model, its particular condition etc.
To solve this issue try these solutions:
- Turn your phone off and on.
- Turn your GPS off and on.
- Disable the battery saver mode (on your device Settings) or any third party battery management apps (if you have any).
- Reset A-GPS: install the GPS Status & Toolbox app and then in the app go to Menu -> Manage A-GPS State -> Reset.
