Please let us know through the app or the website, if you have lost or someone has stolen your KeyCard. 


In the “My Account” section, you’ll see the option “I’ve lost my KeyCard”. Once you complete this section, your KeyCard will be blocked so no one will be able to open a trip or make a booking with it. If you suspect that another person has been using your KeyCard, please call Customer Services on 01382 933132 as soon as possible. 


If you want to keep using your active plan, you will need to request a new KeyCard through the app or the website. Once you complete the request form in the “My Account” section, we’ll send you a new pick up code so you’ll be able to get a replacement KeyCard at any of our kiosks.
