To delete one of your payment methods, you will have to contact our Embark Dundee Support team at and request the credit card to be removed. You can also “report a problem” from the Payment area of your account.

Don't forget to include the last four digits of the card you want to delete, but please do not provide any other confidential information (for example, the security number.)

Note that if you have an open trip, dock or bike/dock booking you’ll have to keep at least one active payment method on your account. If you don’t have any payment method saved, you won’t be able to open trips or make bookings until a valid payment method is added.
